The categories of your personal data being processed are identification data, contact data, and professional data. Your information is processed by the contractor MCI Benelux SA to manage the logistics of the event: to contact you, ensure the security of and access to the meeting, organise the programme.
For further information on how your data will be used we invite you to carefully read the DG HOME Privacy Statement on events.
Your data will be transferred to the European Commission, and the DG HOME Events Secretariat consisting of MCI Benelux SA, who require your data to manage the logistics of the event. Meeting suppliers receive your identification data and, if applicable, your contact data to manage their operations.
