The University wants to support any new international students coming to Leeds for the first time to have a welcoming arrival experience.

You can use this form to book airport pick-up from Leeds Bradford Airport or Manchester Airport between 10 September and 28 September 2025.

You will be allocated either a coach or a taxi for your journey, depending on the number of service bookings and your flight arrival time.

Please help us by giving us information about your travel plans so we can support your arrival.

Before completing this form please confirm the following:

You are a new international student who will be arriving in Leeds for the first time between 10 September and 28 September 2025
You have booked your flight to the UK and you have your flight number
You are completing this form at least five days before your arrival
You have not already completed this form. (Please only complete this form once. If you have already submitted it, there is no need to fill it in again).
You have confirmed your accommodation or made arrangements of where to stay on arrival (If you decide to arrive before your accommodation contract start date, you must contact your accommodation provider in advance to ask if you can arrange early arrival)
You have read the University's Travelling to Leeds information
