IMC 2026 Markets and Fairs BookingsPrivacy Notice
In order to fulfil our contractual obligation to you as an exhibitor/advertiser/sponsor/attendee IMC will use the information you give to manage your event attendance. To facilitate this, your name and relevant access requirements may be shared with internal service providers.
The following details for the main booking contact and any nominated representatives will be shared with our virtual event platform providerto create your delegate profile on the virtual event platform used for IMC 2026: name, affiliation, email address, profile details and registration selections. Exhibitors will be required to agree to the terms and conditions of our virtual event platform provider as detailed at https://imc-leeds.confex.com/imc/f/ssodhnjoreel
Your financial details will be processed by WPM Education Limited (online payment provider for The University of Leeds).
All sessions at IMC 2026 will be recorded to allow asynchronous viewing and increase access to IMC 2026.
