Your information is processed by the contractor Cecoforma to manage the logistics of the event: to contact you; to ensure the security of and access to the meeting; and to organise the programme.

Your data will be transferred to the European Commission, and the DG HOME Events Secretariat consisting of Cecoforma, who require your data to manage the logistics of the event. Virtual Meeting suppliers also receive your identification data and, if applicable, your contact data to manage their operations.
