Mr. Khalfan Bin Juma Belhoul serves as a Vice President of Strategy at Dubai Holding. Mr. Belhoul is responsible for formulating Dubai Holding’s strategic direction at Dubai Holding. He plays a significant role in the Mall of the World project. He founded the Belhoul Investment Office and was responsible for rolling-out a sophisticated asset allocation strategy spanning private equity, alternative investments, real estate and conventional assets. He spearheaded the development of long-term relationships with global investment managers. Prior to the establishment of Belhoul Investment Office, he played a key role in restructuring the Belhoul Group along with building a comprehensive IT platform for the Group. Mr. Belhoul serves as a Non-Executive Director of Amanat Holdings PJSC. He holds M.Sc in Electronic Commerce and a B.Sc in Finance and Management Information Systems, both from Boston University, USA.
