Welcome to the sign-up form for Together Type 1's Young People and Parent/Carers Wellbeing Day in Newry on Saturday 9th August 2025 at Newry Leisure Centre. The session for young people will be ran by Action Mental Health and AWARE with support from young people living with type 1 diabetes, providing techniques to support your wellbeing whilst living with type 1 diabetes. There will be a wellbeing session for parents/carers as well as discussions with healthcare professionals. Lunch will be provided. The session will run from 10:00am to 3:30pm. We will be meeting upstairs in the meeting room but one of our team will greet you at the front door of the leisure centre to direct you!
