Please note the following:
Full registration and payment must be submitted prior to attending the event.
Multiple attendees can be registered via this form.
Each attendee will be sent a confirmation email following successful registration, they will also be sent a second email approximately one week before the event with additional information for the day. If they do not receive both emails by Friday 19th September please check the spam email folder in the first instance and then contact events@bsa.org.uk
Cancellation policy: If you wish to cancel your place, the following charges will apply:
More than 28 days before the event date – no charge (full refund)
15 - 28 days before the event date – 25% of the delegate fee
0 – 14 days before the event date – 100% charge
Substitutions:
Name changes for attendees will be accepted free of charge up until 9:00am on Tuesday 23rd September 2025.
We regret that name changes may not be accepted after this time.
All cancellations/substitutions must be made in writing by emailing the BSA events team at events@bsa.org.uk
