David started his career as a lawyer in Germany and has also spent time as a theatre producer and actor in Germany, the U.K., the US and Brazil.
Andrew is a dynamic and innovative training programme leader who has developed a global reputation for being an informative speaker and facilitator.
He has worked with several leading international law firms on programmes designed to help them build better client relationships, develop key accounts and perform more effectively in selling situations including informal and formal pitches and presentations.
Rachael is a highly experienced Business Development and Marketing professional, with more than 15 years' experience of working in-house with large international law firms with a worldwide network. Her comprehensive skill-set covers strategic thinking, client and project management, pitching, sales and marketing.
During her time in professional services, she has been responsible for researching, developing and delivering several programmes of practical business development and client management training for lawyers in all territories of the world. She has also coached many lawyer on their partnership track.
Paula-Mae is a Team Leader in the International BD team where she advises the Corporate/M&A Group, the Private Equity Group and the CMS equIP Programme for start-ups. She also works with the newly formed International Focus Group TMC Transactions.
She joined CMS almost 7 years ago, after a one-year sabbatical, before which, she was Director of Business Development, Marketing and Communication at Mayer Brown's Paris Office and Director of Marketing Communication and Business Development at PwC Tax and Legal in Paris. She formerly worked at BCG, coordinating the global Consumer and Retail Practice Group and has had experience in other sectors such as Energy and the diplomatic sector.
She is an English native speaker, orginally from Trinidad and Tobago, and has been living, studying and working in Paris, where she is based, for over 23 years.
Bram Vanoirbeek is the Head of Brand & Digital for CMS UK and its international offices. Bram has over 15 years’ experience in marketing, communications and brand in sectors ranging across law, publishing, manufacturing, technology, e-commerce, VC funds, etc. Bram specialises in the mechanics behind creating impactful content that grabs attention and starts conversations.
Ralf Weidmann joined CMS Legal Services EEIG as Head of Digital Marketing in January this year. He has 15 years of experience in digital marketing and website operation, primarily gained at travel industries. Ralf has strong experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation), UX (User Experience) and automation. Based in Frankfurt, Ralf heads up a team of specialists.
Rachel joined CMS as a Commercial Finance Manager in July 2019 and currently supports the Finance Practice Group from the CMS London office. With a decade of commercial pricing experience, Rachel works closely with partners and management providing pricing and profitability support, commercial insight and governance policies and financial education to internal stakeholders.
Stephen joined CMS as a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst in January 2021 after the completion of an audit graduate scheme at Grant Thornton where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW. Since joining CMS, Stephen has worked closely on CMS’ global retainer with Amazon. Stephen also engages in pricing and other ad hoc financial requests for the Commercial Finance team.
