My passport is not valid for 6 months. Can I still attend?
You must have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from your planned arrival for travel to Germany
When should I arrive in Berlin?
ICC8 officially starts with lunch at 12:00 on Monday 10th February 2020. The exhibition area will be open from 10:00
When should I depart Berlin?
ICC8 finishes with the Gala Dinner on the evening of Tuesday 11th February 2020, so anytime on Wednesday
What are the check-in / check-out times at the hotel?
Check-in to the hotel is from 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out is on request, but cannot be guaranteed, unless you pay for the additional night

Does the hotel have parking?
The hotel has parking on a first come, first served basis. The cost is EUR29 per day
Can you book my travel arrangements for me?
Unfortunately, any travel to and from Berlin is by your own arrangement and the cost will need to be covered by yourself
Are there transfers provided to / from the hotel from the airport?
No transfers are provided. We therefore ask you to make your own way. Taxis are easily available at both Tegel and Schoenefeld Airports.

What will the weather in Berlin be like in February?
The weather in Berlin in February is generally cold, around 4 degrees. It is recommended to bring warm clothing and shoes that work in snow and ice

Meeting sessions on Monday and Tuesday - business casual
