We look forward to welcoming delegates to the UK Pavilion in the COP28 Blue Zone to learn about the United Kingdom’s pioneering efforts to combat climate change.

At COP26, and throughout our Presidency, we set out a clear ambition to keep a temperature rise below 1.5C within reach.

We will build on this legacy and support the UAE to ensure that COP28 delivers an outcome that puts the world on track to keep 1.5C alive, halving global emissions by 2030.

We must also build resilience to current and future climate impacts and halt and reverse global biodiversity loss by 2030.

As well as a packed programme of daily events, the Pavilion will host a fascinating collection of exhibits showcasing new and innovative ways that the UK is tackling climate change across several key themes: Forests & Nature, Climate Finance, Resilience & Adaptation and Energy & Sector Transitions.
