About the Conference

Airbus Helicopters North America is pleased to announce its' Customer Support Symposium on September 11-13, 2023.  This event will be held at the Live! by Loews in Arlington, Texas.  There will be learning labs, exhibit halls and product briefings.

We will kick off with our traditional golf tournament on Monday, September 11th, followed by an evening of welcome cocktails at Live! by Loews.

*Hotel Valet parking, overnight special rate $28.00 I Daily rate of $20.00

*Shuttle service Monday to & from Hotel/Golf course is provided

*Hotel booking is now closed.  Please contact Tamera Rhinehart at 469-597-8926.  Airbus will cover 2 nights including food, beverage and Golf.  Those arriving Sunday, will get the Airbus rate.

Arrival & Registration

11:00 am      Golf Tournament Registration Begins which includes a brunch buffet. 

12:45 pm      Remember the Sky - 9/11 Observance (Moment of Silence)

1:00 pm        Golf Tournament Shotgun Start with full service beverage carts and ballpark food station throughout tournament

5:00 pm        Tournament Comes to a Conclusion    *Continuous Shuttle Service every 30 minutes, 10 am to 12 pm/ 5 pm to 6:30 pm  (Hotel to and from Golf Club)

4:30 pm        Welcome Cocktail Hour for non golfers 2nd Floor Foyer I Live! by Loews

6:30 pm        Welcome Cocktail Hour for all 2nd Floor Foyer I Live! by Loews - Heavy hors d'oeuvres provided

7:30 pm        Golf Tournament Awards Presentation

9:30 pm        Cocktail Hour Concludes

  • You may have 20/20 vision...but what do you really see?  We will examine the human brain "hardware" and human mind "software" as they relate to our visual system.  Too often we "look" but do not "see".  This can be a function of our "software" and/or "hardware".  In all cases, this blandness must be understood so that we may incorporate techniques to improve our visual performance.
