ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIME
Latest arrival time at MUC should be 12:00 on Tuesday 1 October 2019 to make it on time for the official start with the first 121 slots at 13:30.
With special invitation, please plan your arrivals for these 2 meetings:
a) Multicountry Distributor meeting, Monday 30 September 2019
b) HPE SMB meeting, Sunday 29 September 2019
Earliest departure from MUC should be 14:30 on Thursday 3 October 2019
as the conference concludes at 13:00.
CONFERENCE & MEETINGS
The conference and all meetings will be taking place in the Infinity Hotel Unterschleissheim.
VISA
In case you need to apply for a visa to enter Germany, please tick the
"I need a VISA" box in the registration process. You will then receive an email from our side asking for additional personal details and you will receive the following:
with these 2 documents you should be able to apply for your VISA
(all VISA related costs are taken care of by participants themselves)
EUROPEAN SOCIAL SECURITY INSURANCE INFORMATION
In some cases, the PD A1 form is necessary for participants from European countries travelling on business to another country in Europe. Please make sure you are aware and take action if needed (all participants are responsible for organizing this on their own)

FLIGHTS
All participants book and pay for the flights to Munich themselves.
ARRIVAL TRANSFERS
There are NO organized arrival transfers from MUC to the Hotel.
Transfer time is approx. 20-30 minutes by a taxi (~35€).
HOTEL ROOMS
Will be booked by the agency after participants have submitted the registration for the arrival and departure date entered. In case you want to change details submitted, please get in touch with Bianca Fischer at bianca.fischer@know-how-agentur.de
CANCELLATIONS
Participation can only be cancelled free of charge until Monday 03 June 2019
After Monday 03 June 2019 the room rate of 175€, per room/day booked and the conference fee of 500€ will have to be paid by the participant cancelling the participation.
PRE AND POST STAYS
If you are planning to arrive earlier or extend your stay at the Infinity Hotel Unterschleissheim, please mention the planned dates in the registration and we will try to book the rooms upon availability at the following rates for you:
175€ Single use per room/per night including breakfast and city tax.
195€ Double use per room/per night including breakfast and city tax.
121s
The scheduling of the 121 sessions with HPE executives will be handled via your responsible DBM. The DBM will also have a list of all participating HPE 121 holders at DPC.

DEPARTURE TRANSFERS
There will be grouped transfers from the Infinity Hotel Unterschleissheim to MUC on Thursday 3 October 2019. Coaches are running frequently to the airport, schedules will be published on site.
