Payment Details

After registration all participants will receive an invoice from the agency Know-How Event & Marketing GmbH Friedrichswalde 37 01819 Friedrichswalde OT Bahretal for their participation at the conference:

• 175€ per night at the Infiinty Hotel Munich (Can be reclaimed via MDF)
• 500€ participation fee that covers all below charges

• Meetings & 121 meetings including coffee break
• Dinner 

Wednesday 2 October 2019

• Breakfast
• Meetings & 121 meetings including coffee breaks
• Lunch
• Dinner incl. transfers

Thursday 3 October 2019

• Breakfast
• 121 meetings including coffee breaks
• Farewell lunch
• Grouped transfers by bus to MUC

PARTICIPANTS BOOK INDIVIDUALLY:

• Flight to and from MUC (Can be reclaimed via MDF)
• Transfer from MUC to Infinity Hotel Unterschleissheim
• All personal extras at the Infinity Hotel Unterschleissheim
• Extra nights at the hotel for pre and post stays at 175€ per night
