Travel Details

The flight from LjubIjana/Slovenia to Copenhagen will be taken care of by our logistic agency to ensure that the entire group can travel together. Very important that when you register you provide correct passport details to ensure the ticket is issued correctly. This means that you need to write your firstname, middelname and last name exactly stated as in your passport.

Please note that a welcome dinner will be made available for you on Monday evening at Hotel Skt. Petri.
Official program will begin on Tuesday June 9th at 9:00AM at Lundbeck HQ

You need to provide:
Plane tickets from your home location to LjubIjana (arrival – Saturday June 6th)
Plane tickets from Copenhagen to your home location (departure – Thursday June 11th)
