The AUCSO exhibition will take place in the Mountford Hall & Courtyard, Liverpool Guild of Students.If you are sending exhibition materials in advance of the confernece please address them to:

Parcels can be accepted from couriers by the Guild Reception on Thursday 4th and Friday 5th April between 09:00 - 17:00. They are not open Saturday and Sundays. Items will be stored for exhibitors ready to collect when they arrive to set up.
If you are having your exhibition materials collected by courier then please do not leave these on the stand. Please take your labelled materials to front of Mountford Hall, to the right of entrance doors.
Collection is to be arranged for all parcels by 17:00 Thursday 11 April. The University is unable to store items after this date. Please ensure your parcels are clearly labelled.
Set up
Exhibitors are invited to arrive from 14:00 on Monday 8 April to set up their stands. They are requested to have their stands ready for 18:00.
Unloading
If you are bringing exhibition materials with you and need to unload close to the exhibition venue, you are able to do this via the Peach Street car park. Please note, only 20 spaces are available for unloading at a time, so we ask for your patience if it is busy.
Please note, the dimensions of the access doors from this entrance are 1.96 x 1.82 metres. Once you have unloaded, please move your car to the car park before getting set up.
Screen Hire
The Univeristy of Liverpool's approved supplier for screen hire is MSP. If you wish to hire a screen for your exhibition booth please contact them directly. If you are hiring a screen please do inform the conference organisers via confadmin@leeds.ac.uk.
Breakdown
The last refreshment break where delegates will be able to access the exhibition is 15:00 - 15:30 on Wednesday 10th April. After this, exhibitors can break down and clear the exhibition stands. Please note you will be able to break down your stand from 15:45. All exhibition stands must be cleared by 18:00 that evening. Please note we have not allocated slots for breakdown loading, so the unloading area will be very busy during this time.
