What airport should I fly into?
The closest airport is Nashville International Airport (BNA) which is just 8 miles from the hotel.
There is no hotel shuttle service to the hotel, but attendees can use this link to book transportation. Ridesharing, such as Uber or Lyft, is also available.
Are the Friday evening social events included in the ticket price?
Yes, the prices of the Friday evening social events are included in your ticket price.
However, our ability to provide excursions at no additional cost relies on having an accurate headcount. Therefore, any delegate who is registered for the Nashville Joyride Golfcart Tour after May 17, but fails to participate, will be charged a $40 no-show fee.
Will there be transportation provided to the off-site dinner on May 30?
Yes, buses will pick up and drop off at JW Marriott to and from the dinner.
Pick up will be between 6:15pm-6:30pm. We will meet in the hotel lobby.
What should I wear?
Conference sessions – Business casual (jackets not required).
Welcome reception and dinner – Smart casual.
Social ambition volunteer project – Work clothes, be prepared to get messy as some volunteers will be outdoors and painting.
Will there be a conference app?
Yes. It will be available for download on May 3. We will send an email with download instructions on that date.
Will there be a delegate list available?
Yes. We will send the full list to all registered delegates when registration closes on May 22. A list will also be available on the conference app as delegates register.
What steps are being taken to ensure this conference is environmentally friendly?
Environmental, social and governance (ESG) is always on our mind when choosing locations and conference materials. We are excited to work with JW Marriott and Butcher & Bee as they are eco-friendly venues who prioritize energy efficiency. A few of their great features include energy management in meeting and guest rooms, in-meeting room recycling, and partnerships with local Tennesse farmers. You will also be provided Moore notebooks and pens made of recycled materials.
Do I need a visa to attend the conference?
Applying for a visa can sometimes be a very lengthy process and the time it can take to process visa applications varies greatly depending on your country of residence. For more information, and to determine if you need a visa, we recommend you contact the American embassy in your country. In order for you to obtain your visa in time for this year's North America conference, we are advising delegates to start the application process as soon as you know you will be attending the conference. Please contact Moore North America at events@moore-na.com should you require an invitation letter.
What currency are delegate fees charged in?
Delegate fees are charged in US Dollars.
Cancellation Policy:
All fees are in US Dollar. A refund, net of any bank charges incurred by Moore North America, will be made if written or emailed cancellation is received 30 days prior to the date of the event (April 29). Any cancellation after this date will result in forfeiture of registration fees paid or registration fees due for payment. Substitutions of named delegates from a firm may be made up to Friday, May 24. Please send notification of cancellation or substitution to events@moore-na.com. For the health and safety of all delegates, should you test positive for COVID-19 please notify Moore North America for policy concessions.
