How do I register to attend the event?

Do I have to pay to attend the conference?

No, attendance to the conference is free. You will need to pay for any travel and accommodation required.

How do I book to stay in the hotel?

To book a room with the hotel on Tuesday 16th April please contact londoneventplanning@leonardohotels.com directly to enquire about current availability and rates. 

There are many other hotels options in the area you may wish to select, based on your company policy.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Conference dress is smart casual. 

What are the evening arrangements on Tuesday 16th April?

A drinks reception will take place in the hotel following the end of the conference. A networking dinner will then be provided onboard the Naticia during a river cruise. Further details of this will be released nearer the event.
 

What is the smoking policy in the hotel?

The hotel is a non-smoking zone, however guests wishing to smoke can do so outside of the building.
