UK Semiconductor Technologies Showcase - Expressions of Interest

Would you like to be part of the Department for Business and Trade's inaugural Semiconductor Technologies Showcase?

As part of its London Tech Week programme, the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) intends to invite an inward delegation of buyers, investors and partners from across the Indo-Pacific region with an interest in the UK semiconductor sector to the UK. DBT is looking to organise a UK Semicondcutor Technologies Showcase for this delegation from 10th-14th June.

:The primary focus of the Semiconductor Technologies Showcase is on commercial outcomes, with our objectives three-fold

1) Showcase the UK's capabilities on home turf

2) Attract investment into the UK sector

3) Match the UK sector to potential buyers and innovation collaboration partners

To maximise the outcomes from this visit, DBT would like to recruit our delegates based on the demands and requirements of the UK sector, for example:

1) Do you need an overseas high value manufacturing partner?

2) Are you seeking an injection of capital?

3) Have you identified a partner/buyer and need an opportunity to pitch your product/service offering?

We will be building a programme and recruiting delegates for the week based around the individual and collective requirements of the UK sector, with the draft programme following this broad structure:

10^th June – A deep-dive on the UK sector and informal networking with all UK and Indo-Pac participants
11^th -14^th June – UK companies hosting relevant APAC delegates in their own office/facilities
13^th June – Invite to DBT's Indo-Pac Networking Reception during London Tech Week
