He has more than 20yrs experience in the GIS industry and has been with Schneider Electric for 9 years. Paul Kruen

Paul Kreun has been in the telecommunications industry for nearly 25 years, starting at the very bottom, digging trenches and placing underground cable. He has been with Midco for almost 20 years and has been working with GIS for the last 12 years.

Patrick Barud

Supervising Engineer
Patrick Barud graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) in 2009 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He worked for Electric Cooperatives in Kansas and Missouri before joining Ameren in 2012 in the Construction Standards group. Patrick moved into Ameren Illinois' centralized distribution design group after earning his Professional Engineer license in 2014. In the centralized design group Patrick has developed various internal engineering design tools, supported work with the GIS and work management systems.

Nick Wanke

Software Development Manager
Nick Wanke has worked out of the Fort Collins office for 12 years. Much of this time was spent as the Responder Test Lead. For the last 5 years he has worked as Software Development Manager in charge of the ArcFM Solution Classic Team. He has 16 years of software testing, leadership, and management experience.

Neil Batchelor

Manager, Sales Engineering
After realizing his music degree wasn't going to take him very far, Neil Batchelor chose to pursue GIS as his vocation, starting with ArcView 3.0 back in 2002. He's been with Schneider Electric since 2010; learning the ins and outs of utility GIS in the Sales Engineering department, and as manager since 2014, also helps herd the cats that make up the sales team.

Neeraj Sehgal

Neeraj Sehgal started with Schneider Electric as a GIS Utility Consultant in 2016, prior to that he was contractor with Schneider Electric for 4 years. Neeraj has 15+ years of software design and development including 7 years of GIS Development and implementation experience with the Utility customers. During his time in Schneider Electric Neeraj has been working in multiple implementations of different ArcFM products.

Mike Triplett

As the Cybersecurity Lead of the R&D team, Mike helps guide the development of the ArcFM Solution to help ensure the security of our applications & protection of our customer’s data. Mike holds GSSP-.NET & GWAPT security certifications and regularly speaks at local & regional events where he teaches other technology professionals about developing secure software.

Mike Margenau

Senior Utility Geospatial Systems Analyst
Mike Margenau’s career in GIS serving municipal governments began soon after graduating from Humboldt State University with a degree in geography. But in 2006 he switched industries and took a position with a municipal electric utility. It was there he began to focus on developing enterprise GIS as a platform for utility operational systems. Now with Fort Collins Utilities he is working in project management and technical lead roles implementing GIS and ADMS. He lives with his wife and three kids in the community he serves.

Mike Hermann

Manager of Asset Management/Geospatial Technology
Mike Herrmann is the Manager of Asset Management / Geospatial Technologies at Colorado Springs Utilities. He has 28 years of experience designing and implementing geospatial -solutions across a multi-service utility industry. Mike is currently responsible for the management and oversite of all Asset Management and Geospatial programs for Colorado Springs Utilities.

Melia Brush

Senior Education Specialist
Since joining Schneider Electric in 2005, Melia Brush has taught more than 300 workshops and classes on the ArcFM Solution. She has 20 years of software teaching experience including custom course design and creation, Train-the-Trainer workshops, and configuration workshops.

Matt Zimmerman

Director, Product Management
Matt has dedicated fifteen years to the utility community, from Technical Support to Product Management, working with customers to deliver valuable solutions. He is now Director of Product Management, supporting a team of product managers to ensure the ArcFM solution grows and develops in alignment with customer needs.

Matt Crooks

Matt is Product Manager for Designer XI and ArcFM Web. He's interested in working with customers to develop gas, water, and electric solutions that solve problems and provide tangible business value.

Matt Cain is a Product Manager at SPIDA Software and has worked in engineering services, training, customer implementations, and product management over his 12 years of experience in the utility and software industries. Matt is committed to providing solutions to customers with a focus on the end user and customer service. Matt graduated from The Ohio State University and resides in Delaware, OH with his wife Jessica and two children.

She’s been involved in many areas of the solution from providing core product support, sales engineering, as well as a tech lead and project manager on numerous customer implementations. Larry Young

Program Manager
Larry Young has been working in GIS for 33 years, 31 at Esri. While at ESRI he has performed a variety of tasks including product development, product management, and technical sales. Larry's strengths are in working with customers and business partners to help implement GIS technology, as well as uncover and then evangelize any additional requirements. Larry's current position is one as Program Manager for the geodatabase (particularly the Network Management project) and desktop editing technologies, with a strong focus on utility workflows. Larry has a Master's in Forestry from Duke University.

Rene Martinez

QA Engineer
Rene Martinez joined Schneider-Electric at the end of 2017 and is a QA Engineer and Scrum Master. His focus has been testing and aiding development on Editor XI and the Utility Network. He has 6 years of experience in software testing and developing test automation.

Ryan Smith

Senior GIS Specialist
Ryan Smith joined Loveland Water and Power as a Senior GIS Specialist in May of 2018 and then moved to a Utility Business Analyst in April of 2019, coming previously from ESC engineering where he worked as a Principal Manager for 17 years , and prior to that, he was a Project Manager for a GIS consulting firm. He brings over 20 years of GIS and system technology experience of working with utilities and their various systems to support utility operations, for electric, water, wastewater, and fiber systems.

Sarah Rose

Senior GIS Specialist
Sarah Rose joined Loveland Water and Power as a Senior GIS Specialist in June of 2019, coming previously from the City of Fort Collins Utilities where she worked as a GIS Analyst for a year and a half, and prior to that, she was a GIS Analyst for an engineering consulting firm. She brings over 15 years of GIS experience of working with utilities and their various systems to support utility operations, for electric, water, wastewater, and fiber systems.

Luis D'Acosta

Luis D’Acosta is an electrical engineer with over 25 years of experience in the electric power industry. He holds an MBA with specialization in global finance and marketing. He has diverse experience in deploying solutions for generation, transmission, distribution and industrial systems: from turn key substations to industrial electrical systems, from plant automation to advance electric control and protection systems. Luis is responsible or Schneider Electric’s Smart Grid Services worldwide, leading the development and deployment of software solutions to digitize Utilities around the world and enable the New World of Energy – more digital, decentralized, decarbonized and electric. Previously he held various positions at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories – where he reached the position of CEO- and at ABB; he has participated in the Board of different entities. David Cooper

Tom Konopatski

Ian Hagman

Ian Hageman’s GIS career began almost 10 years ago while attending Colorado State University and working as a GIS intern. After graduation, Ian worked for a water resources engineering consulting firm while acting as the GIS lead for many local, municipal, and international projects including projects for The Department of Justice and Google. In 2019, Ian switched the utilities side of GIS and now works for the City Of Fort Collins as the GIS lead for Connexion, the city-wide deployment of fiber-optic broadband.

Paula Welle

Paula Welle is a GIS Analyst and has been with Minnesota power for 34 years. She has worked with the GIS since 1989 when MN Power first started to convert their manual system into a GIS. Vincent Ng has over 20 years of experience in Oil &Gas, Engineering, and Utilities relating to GIS technology , business strategy, data content and systems solutions. His most recent focus relates to aspects associated with spatial technology enablement implementation, strategic business development and data optimization.

Tim Szekely joined the ranks of the GIS Sales Engineers in 2019 after working in technical support for seven years. After spending a decade in the software industry, Tim ended up leading a project to digitize the GIS systems of yester-year in the form of a warehouse full of geologic reports and maps from the mining industry. He found his way to Schneider Electric in 2012, where his work with modern GIS systems and the utility industry began.

Tami Onstad is a Senior GIS Analyst for the Asset Management group. She has been with Colorado Springs Utilities (CSU) for six years and has over twenty years of experience using and administering the Esri suite of products. She is currently the enterprise administrator for SDE and ArcFM and primary developer for all ArcFM Web applications.

Stetson Weddle

Stetson Weddle has been with Schneider Electric since 2000. Currently, Stetson is busy as a Technical Account Manager on the Professional Services team. His resume includes software development, Project Lead duties, and implementation expertise in ArcFM, Designer and Responder. Lance Goens

Sr. Software Engineer
Lance has been a software engineer for 9 years. He joined Schneider Electric in the fall of 2012 and works on the Professional Services team. Lance's primary focus has been delivering custom web based solutions built on top of the ArcFM Silverlight / ArcFM Server / ArcGIS Server stack. Lance has also been involved with ArcFM Web, the successor to ArcFM Silverlight, since its inception.

Kevin Saunders

Software Architect
Kevin Saunders has been with Schneider Electric since August of 2011. From 2011 to mid 2016 Kevin was a developer on ArcFM Mobile. In 2016 Kevin moved into a new role as the software architect for the Product Team. As software architect Kevin leads the architecture direction for all product development teams as we build the new ArcFM XI series of applications.

CJ Mueller

GIS Specialist
CJ Mueller joined Loveland Water and Power in December, 2017 as a GIS Specialist. Prior to that, he was Co-Owner of a small GIS consulting firm after working 10 years at an engineering consulting firm. CJ began his career as GIS Coordinator at Jackson County, Colorado. CJ has 24 years in the geospatial field, with 15 in support of the utility industry.

Chuck Horne

Solution Architect
Chuck joined then Miner & Miner in 2001 and designed and developed customizations for 15 years before becoming a Solution Architect. Design, Networks, and Versioning challenges have been prominent aspects of his project work.

Chris Augustine

Sr.Manager Network Engineering/GIS
Chris Augustine has been working in the Telecom industry since 1994 where he began as a planning engineer at small Telephone Company. He joined RCN in 1996 where as a CAD Manager he began gathering strand maps for RCN's extremely fast paced build of towns in and around Boston, New York, Pennsylvania and Washington DC. In 2007 he secured funding to establish a GIS System and began converting all of RCN's CAD maps to ArcFM in 2009. Chris is currently the Sr. Manager of Network Engineering/GIS managing the GIS platform and all GIS related projects at RCN.

Celeste Gisonno

GIS Coordinator
Celeste Gisonno is a GIS Coordinator for Lubbock Power & Light who serves primarily as the GIS Department Operations Coordinator and participates in creation and execution of Distribution Training on a variety of GIS related products. She has served the majority of her time as a SCADA Operator/Dispatcher, which piqued her interest in GIS and related functions. Having assisted in the implementation of two GIS/OMS/WOS systems for LP&L and the City, she has a strong knowledge base of how the GIS affects all members of the municipality. For the last 3 years she has focused her skills on Special GIS/Engineering Projects, maintained two GIS systems during implementation, Overhead/Underground Construction Jobs and End User Training for GIS Products. She has been with Lubbock Power & Light and the City of Lubbock for 18 years.

Cameron Cross

Software Engineer
Cameron Cross is a software engineer who specializes in Schneider Electric's graphic work design line of products, including Designer, Designer Express, Designer HFC and Designer XI. Cameron has been focusing on delivering customer value with Schneider Electric for eight years via testing and automation as a QA enginner and product development and support as a software engineer.

Brian McKelvey

Sales Engineer
As a Senior Executive Consultant Brian supported International Offices and business partners with a major International GIS vendor. He has over 35 years of experience in project and tasks management in the areas of; Fiber & OSP Planning, Outside Plant Engineering, managed a GIS Development team for 5 years, Corporate operations and GIS systems support. He is currently working with Schneider Electric as a Geospatial Sales Engineer.

Brian Higgins

Solution Architect
Brian is a Certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) with 25 years of combined experience in the design and development of GIS systems for the management of utility and municipal infrastructure. He has been implementing Schneider Electric’s Fiber Manager for 12 years with approximately 50 supported clients in the United States and abroad.

Brandon Keinath received a B.S. in Biology from the University of Minnesota, Duluth in 2009, and a B.A. in Geographic Information Science in 2013. Brandon is currently a Supervisor, Applications - GIS at Minnesota Power in Duluth. He believes in continually improving processes and eliminating repetitive tasks.

Betsy Rush

Betsy Rush has been in the GIS space since the days of AML and ArcStorm, first as a developer at Avista Utilities in her hometown of Spokane WA and now as a consulting project manager for Schneider Electric.

Anthony Dietrich

Anthony joined Schneider Electric in 2013 as a Software Engineer and has served on numerous projects focusing on Schneider Electric's Responder, integration frameworks, Designer, and automation. As a Senior Software Engineer, he focused on project consulting, team management, and engineering mentorship. Now in a Team Lead role, he manages a team of junior to senior-level engineers with a focus on execution quality, technical innovation, and customer engagements.

Andy Sauer joined Schneider Electric in 2012 as a Training Specialist, and over three years he led 60 training workshops covering the entire ArcFM suite.  He is now a Technical Writer and the current documentation owner for the telecom applications.

Amy Rupp

Senior GIS Specialist
Amy Rupp is new to the City of Loveland Water and Power, becoming a Senior GIS Specialist in October of 2017. Prior to that she worked for 9.5 years at Schneider Electric as a Training Specialist and has extensive experience with ArcMap and ArcFM products and a specialization in Fiber Manager. Amy has been a user and trainer of ArcMap products since January 2000.

Adrien Hafner

GIS Specialist/Technical Lead
Adrien Hafner, GISP is a GIS Specialist/Technical Lead at Duquesne Light Company. She holds a M.S. Geospatial Information Technology from Delta State University. Adrien has worked at Duquesne Light Company for three years, and prior to serving in her current role, she worked as a GIS Analyst for the company. Before coming to Duquesne Light and entering the electric utility industry, she worked in various roles as a geologist and GIS analyst in Florida, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Colorado in the engineering and petroleum sectors.

Cody Beck

Software Engineering Team Lead
Cody joined Schneider Electric, then Telvent, in the spring of 2012 as an ESM support engineer, spent the last couple of years as a software engineer on the Professional Services Engineering team, and is currently a Software Engineering Team Lead. During this time he has developed customizations, upgraded, implemented and supported nearly every ArcFM offering, and is a champion of continuous integration and process/quality improvement.

Chris West is a Software Engineer in professional services and has been with Schneider Electric since 2014. He has over 25 years experience implementing Enterprise GIS Solutions and 18 years with the ESRI suite of products for primarily utility customers.

Deepak Kaul

Solution Architect
Deepak Kaul is a GIS Solutions Architect with more than 18 years of experience in developing geospatial solutions. As part of the Professional Services group at Schneider Electric, his extensive experience in architecting, designing and developing Utilities GIS solutions has helped customers define GIS roadmaps, capture requirements, resolve performance issues, and adopt Enterprise GIS.

Juul Dijkstra

Product Manager
Juul Dijkstra joined Schneider Electric in 2014 as a support engineer from Esri. Currently, as a Product Manager, he is responsible for overseeing the development of ArcFM Editor XI and the ArcFM - ADMS Integration (Ecostruxure).

Jonathan Blasz

GIS Manager
Jonathan Blazs has been the GIS Manager at Oklahoma Gas and Electric since 2017. He joined OG&E in 2011 as a GIS technician and later received a job as a business analyst. Now, as the GIS manager he focuses on managing a high performing group made up of technicians and analysts responsible for maintaining the integrity of and asking questions of OG&E’s geospatial information. GIS at OG&E has most recently been applauded for the development, training, implementation, and support of Survey123, Collector, and Operations Dashboard in both construction and engineering applications. This has given OG&E an unprecedented level of transparency and communication between field crews and office personnel. In the summer of 2017, OG&E began the process to upgrade our GIS system from ArcFM 10.1 to 10.6.1. This was considered a high-risk project by OG&E leadership due to the level of customizations and integrations that our implementation of ArcFM has. With the help of Schneider Electric, this project was able to be completed on time and under budget.

John Reed

Software Engineer
John Reed joined Schneider Electric in 2008 as a Software Engineer on the Professional Services team. His responsibilities have included custom software development, on-site deployment and support, and technical documentation. He has worked on over 20 Responder OMS projects, several Designer and ArcFM projects mainly focussing on integrations, and most recently has been working on the Azure cloud based WMS integration with Designer XI. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Mr. Reed was a Computer Science graduate student at the University of Washington Tacoma. While there, he mainly worked in the Bioinformatics Lab at the Institute of Technology conducting research in the area of data mining. He is based out of Vancouver Washington.

Jon Fairchild

Product Manager
Jon joined Miner & Miner as software engineer and is now Product Manager for mobile solutions at Schneider Electric. He enjoys working with customers to understand business problems and working with developers to solve them. Overall Jon has 20 years of experience in developing GIS-based solutions for the utility enterprise.

Jody Anderson

Software QA & Development Manager
Jody joined the ArcFM software development family in 2004. Much of that time she has focused on quality assurance, managing a talented team of test engineers and working with many of our products in the classic solution as well as the XI series. Three years ago, she joined the Designer XI development team as an Agile product owner, responsible for prioritizing work for the product by listening to customers and implementors.

Jennifer Baxter

Technical Account Manager
Jennifer joined Miner & Miner in 2006 and has explored a variety of positions throughout the company. Jennifer is currently a Technical Account Manager helping customers navigate the ArcFM family of products. Jennifer has been working in the GIS field for the past 19 years, since the ESRI Workstation days.

Jay Stinson

General Manager, Geospatial
Jay Stinson is the General Manager for Schneider Electric Geospatial business and a 30-year GIS industry veteran. Jay has been a key part of the Schneider Electric GIS team and involved in software development, project management, sales, customer support and most recently, operations management.

Jared Petersen

Quality Assurance Team Lead
Jared started at Miner & Miner in 2004 as a Quality Assurance Engineer on Responder and helped deliver the very first (and subsequent) release(s) of that product. He was then Product Owner for Responder (4 years) and then helped deliver the first few releases of Feeder Manager 2 (QA). He is currently a Quality Assurance Team Lead and Scrum Master working on the team developing Designer XI.

James Derkowski

Software Engineer
James joined Schneider Electric in 2017 as a Software Engineer on the Professional Services team. He has developed customizations, integrations, and upgrades for many ArcFM's suite of products; including ArcFM Web, ArcFM Server, and ArcFM Desktop.

Hart Gilchrist

GIS Manager
With almost 25 years of GIS experience, Hart Gilchrist serves as Connexus Energy’s GIS Manager. Hart has been working with GIS & Esri products since the days of AML-based scripting in ArcInfo on a Unix workstation. He has a Masters in Software Development and is currently working towards a certificate in Business Analytics. Hart is currently trying to learn as much as he can about the Utility Network, developing new mobile and online applications and generally having way too much fun with all the available GIS-based toys.

Haresh Chatnani

Haresh joined M&M/Telvent/Schneider Electric in 2006, he has worked on hundreds of enterprise geodatabases involving installations, upgrades, performance tuning, HA/DR, etc. He has over 2 decades of experience with relational databases and related infrastructure.

Hannah Moyer

Hannah Moyer has been with Schneider Electric for eleven years and has conducted numerous classes and workshops in all aspects of the ArcFM Solution. With over twenty years of experience in GIS, she is still excited to learn and teach about our innovations.

Dennis King is the Geospatial Lead Architect at Colorado Springs Utilities. He has been with the Utilities for 11 years focusing on geospatial technology and an IT professional for over 25 years.
