Open Call: Sponsorship of the UK Pavilion at COP29 and COP30

An exciting and unique opportunity to showcase climate leadership by partnering with the UK Government in a multiyear sponsorship, encompassing both the COP29 and COP30 summits.

COP29 and COP30

The 29th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP29) will be held in Baku, Azerbaijan, on 11th–22th November 2024. This will be followed by the landmark 30th Climate Change Conference (COP30), to be held in Brazil on 10th – 21st November 2025.

At COP29 and COP30, governments will assess global efforts to advance the Paris Agreement and limit global warming to 1.5°C.

The UN Climate Change Conferences will bring together delegates from around the world including Heads of State, climate experts, business leaders and campaigners to agree coordinated action to tackle climate change.

Sponsorship opportunity

The UK Government is inviting companies who meet strict climate requirements to demonstrate net zero leadership through sponsorship of the UK Government at COP. This exciting opportunity incorporates the COP29 and COP30 summits as well as a 12-month campaign period building up to the landmark 30th summit in Brazil.

Sponsorship of the UK Government at COP provides a unique opportunity, offering companies exciting benefits and the ability to maximise their visibility and vision at the heart of the UK Government’s presence at COP. Sponsorship of the UK Pavilion at COP will enable businesses to:

  1. Create positive brand positioning by demonstrating a commitment to fighting climate change with brand recognition during both the summits and the intervening 12 months.

  2. Showcase industry leadership by setting the pace for business partners and peers on the way to Net Zero in the most high-profile global climate events of the year

  3. Engage a high-profile audience by interacting and networking with a premium audience of global business leaders and senior government representatives during the summits and the wider campaign period.

The UK Government is seeking sponsors who:

  1. Are making real contributions to the fight against climate change and are aligned with the aims of COP29 and COP30.
