Yes. In order to join the MRG Overseas Conference in Utrecht you must be a member of the MRG. Membership costs £65 for 12 months and you can become a member directly through the MRG website.

Alternatively, you can become a member when registering your attendance for the conference and your membership costs will be added to your final ticket cost.

Please note: failure to provide evidence of membership will result in your ticket to the conference being null and void.

Should you need to amend any of the details that you submitted during registration, please contact the MRG Conference Team and we will update your registration record on your behalf.

If you are renewing your passport before travel, please continue to register with your current passport details and select 'Yes, name will remain the same on new passport'. As soon as you have your new passport, please email the MRG Conference Team with the new details and we will update this in your registration record/flight booking (if booked).

If your name will change on your new document, please select ‘Yes, name will change on new passport'. Please note: we require your confirmed passport details by the end of September at the latest. If you are unable to obtain your new passport by this time, please contact us to confirm exactly how your name will appear on your new passport as we must confirm all names to the airlines by then.

Subject to availability, the MRG Conference Team can amend your return flight, however you will be responsible for covering any additional costs involved. During registration you will be presented with the opportunity to select whether or not you would like to extend your stay after the conference. The MRG Conference Team will then contact you and let you know the additional cost to return on a different date. Please note: it is only possible to change the return flight. The number of extension requests are limited and these will be actioned on a first come first served basis.

Alternatively, you can book your own return flight on your preferred return date.

Your confirmed flight booking details will be sent to you with your Joining Instructions, approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference. This will contain all your flight information and details of how you check-in for your flight.

During registration, please use the 'additional requirements/requests' box to let us know any special requirements you may have. The MRG Conference Team will contact you in due course to discuss them.

Your hotel room is part of a group room block and therefore you will not receive an individual confirmation.

Approximately 2 weeks before the conference your accommodation details will be sent to you with your Joining Instructions. This will contain details of which hotel you will be staying at, along with hotel information and check-in/out details.
