We are delighted to invite you to register for the MRG Overseas Conference 2025 in Utrecht, taking place between 19th - 22nd November. This year's conference is a fantastic opportunity to share ideas, discuss, debate and network with others in our industry and we hope to see as many of you as possible there. We have an exciting lineup of keynote speakers and networking events planned to inspire us, share best practices, and celebrate our achievements.

ABOUT THE
LOCATION

The conference will take place in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Utrecht is the fourth largest city in The Netherlands, and many regard it as the cosier alternative to Amsterdam. The city boasts beautiful canals and parks, lively restaurants and cafés, fascinating museums and remarkable historical buildings.

Its city centre alone is absolutely worth a visit, but there is much more to Utrecht than that...

These pages will provide useful information which you will find helpful as you prepare for the conference. Once you have thoroughly reviewed all the information provided, please click 'REGISTER NOW' on the top navigation bar to begin your conference registration. Should you have any queries which are not answered by the information provided, please contact the MRG Conference Team.

Please note: The registration process will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. You cannot save a partial registration, therefore to allow you to successfully register the first time, please ensure you have the following:

  • Your passport / ID card details. We will require these details to book your flights
  • Your payment method. Payment can be made via credit card or via request for payment within 30 days. For the latter, you’ll need your company billing address
