Travel Details

The flight from Prague to Copenhagen will be taken care of by our logistic agency to ensure that the entire group can travel together. Very important that when you register you provide correct passport details to ensure the ticket is issued correctly. This means that you need to write your firstname, middelname and last name exactly stated as in your passport.

Regional Tour 
Saturday 15th  → Monday June 17th
 
SROY / Program in Copenhagen
Monday June 17th → Thursday June 20th
Please note that a welcome dinner will be made available for you on Monday evening at hotel Radisson Royal.
Official program will begin on Tuesday June 18th at 9:00AM at Lundbeck HQ

Plane ticket between Prague and Copenhagen for you and your companion.

You need to provide:
Lundbeck US/ Margaret Trempe will work with you to book the following:

- Plane tickets from your home location to Prague, arriving Saturday, June 15th
- Plane tickets from Copenhagen to your home location, departing Thursday, June 20th 
- Extensions of the trip will be handled as per Lundbeck NA policy. If the cost is higher to fly into/depart from airports other than those noted, the difference in price will be the responsibility of the traveler. All extensions must be coordinated through Margaret Trempe.
