Since 1995, INSOL International, UNCITRAL and subsequently The World Bank Group have jointly sponsored a series of unique and important international Judicial Colloquia. These Colloquia have brought together a wide range of judges, regulators and judicial officials from around the world to consider insolvency-related issues and practice.

In addition to these biennial Colloquia, INSOL, UNCITRAL and The World Bank Group organise more focused Judicial Round Tables to encourage discussion both at a regional level, enabling a greater number of judges to participate; and at a specialist level, gathering senior judges with experience of major restructurings and reorganisations involving courts.

The Hong Kong Judicial Round Table is an invitation only meeting for the Asia region.
