Local and National Rail

The nearest central station is Manchester Piccadilly, located a 9-minute drive from the venue. Please note if opting to travel by foot from the station, it is approximately a 25-minute walk to the venue.

Metrolink Network

The closest metrolink is Deansgate station, a three-minute walk from the venue. You can start your metrolink journey from the Piccadilly station, which directly links to Deasngate station. Bus Services

Manchester is serviced by a free Metroshuttle bus which links the main train stations, car parks, shopping areas and hotel around the city centre running at least every ten minutes. For bus services operating from Manchester City Centre around Greater Manchester, please visit tfgm.com/buses.

Car Parking

Please note there is no on-site parking available at the hotel.

For anyone arriving by car, Hilton Deansgate recommend the NCP at the Great Northern adjacent to the hotel. Details can be found here: NCP Car Park - Manchester Great Northern Warehouse 1. Guests can obtain a 30% discount on the rates by collecting a discount code/voucher form the hotel reception on departure. The car park operates by number plate recognition. There are no barriers and so payment is made on departure based on the time used.

Accessible Parking

Unfortunately, the venue does not offer onsite accessible parking. Instead, they recommend that you are dropped at the hotel entrance, and then use the NCP car park located nearby. 

Venue Access

The main entrance to the venue is fully accessible via an accessibility door located to the right of the main entrance. There are no steps at the entrance so no ramp access is necessary either. 

Quiet Space

We have designated quiet spaces at our events to enhance your experience. the spaces provide an opportunity to relax, allowing for sensory breaks, any required medicines to be taken, and so forth. Please speak to one of the events team during the conference to signpost this for you.

Dietary and access requirements

We aim to cater for all dietary needs and access requirements, simply fill in your requirements at the point of booking.

Accessible toilet

These are located on every floor of the hotel.

Assistance dogs

Service dogs are welcome at the venue. If you require an assistance dog please make a note of this on your booking, facilities for the dogs can be available upon request.

Dress code

We have a relaxed dress code in place to allow delegates to be comfortable at our event.

Exiting the conference

We will reserve several seats at the back of the plenary room for attendees who may feel they want to take a break during the conference. If you would like to utilise one of these seats, please let a team member know.
