You are invited to the inaugural Rail Industry Procurement Collaboration Forum event, hosted by Network Rail's Railway Business Services Director, Clive Berrington.  This exclusive and interactive event, the first in a proposed quarterly series, is targeted at those rail industry procurement leaders who hold ultimate accountability for procurement in their respective organisations. 

The event aims to bring together stakeholders from across our industry to explore innovative strategies, share best practice, and swiftly realise collaborative procurement opportunities that deliver tangible efficiencies.  It provides a platform to develop a procurement leader network, pivotal in fostering collaboration amongst their procurement functions, to more effectively:

  • Improve industry train performance
  • Optimise procurement and commercial effciencies
  • Mitigate commercial risks to the industry
  • Support the wellbeing of commercial practitioners
  • Share best practices and lessons learned in commercial collaboration
