Travelling by Train/Taxi
The campus is lovcated in the heart of England, 3 miles (5 kilometres) from the centre of Coventry and on the border with Warwickshire. Note that the University is not in the town of Warwick (which is about 8 miles away), and it is not the same as Coventry University (which is a different university, located in the centre of Coventry). This is important when telling taxi drivers where you want to be.
Coventry Rail Station, approximately four miles from the campus, is the nearest main-line train station to the University. If you're travelling locally, you may find the nearer, but less frequently served, Canley Rail Station or Tile Hill Rail Station more convenient. You can easily reach Coventry Rail Station from London (Euston) and Birmingham, which run regular and frequent services direct to Coventry. From Coventry Station, there are frequent local bus services to the University.
Outside the station the National Express bus 12X travels onto the main campus. Taxis are also available from outside of the station.
Car parking
Parking is complimentary across the whole event however it must be pre-booked. Please follow the steps below to book your car parking. The University have introduced ANPR parking in all car parks on and around campus, this also includes Radcliffe and Scarman, with this in mind delegates will be required to pre-register their vehicle ahead of their arrival via the link below, this will guarantee complimentary parking.
