Barclays Military Insight Day | Northampton | Wednesday 5th March 2025, 1000 to 1600 GMT 

The Barclays Military Insight Day will provide an opportunity for service personnel, veterans and military spouses interested in Financial Services to get an insight into the sector. This onsite event will take place at our Northampton campus. Barclays Northampton is an operation of vast scale, with a huge influence and impact on the financial services industry and on the lives of millions of British people. Here, we process 18 million transactions worth more than £700 million every day and make sure that 196 Barclaycard payments every second happen seamlessly. We create, develop and build the products, systems and infrastructure that support Barclays and Barclaycard now, and will continue to support them in a rapidly changing world. We are redefining the future of finance. 

The day will commence with an overview of Barclays and the diverse business units and functions across the business.

Attendees of this event will have the opportunity to hear from senior business leaders, colleagues and members of the Barclays Military Resource Group, who will share their experiences of transitioning from the military into civilian employment, and highlight the transferable skills that service personnel can bring to the business. In addition, attendees will be able to join a number of workshops, receive a tour of our impressive campus and engage direct with hiring managers who are seeking military talent throughout 2025. The event will conclude with a networking session. 

Please note this event is open to all Service Leavers, Veterans, Reservists and Military Spouses/Partners.
