Pharmacosmos Festival – Thursday morning
You will be visiting the Pharmacosmos headquarters in Holbæk, the heart of our global operations. For some of you, this will be your first opportunity to experience where our iron therapies are developed and produced.
Thursday from 09:30 to 13:30, our headquarters will be transformed into a lively festival site, offering a day of activities and experiences for everyone to enjoy. The event will include stage entertainment focused on our history, our achievements, and our people of Pharmacosmos, exclusive factory tours to explore the heart of our operations*, a range of games and activities to add to the festive atmosphere, and an opportunity to indulge in delicious food from a variety of food trucks. Additionally, there will be a mini market featuring local vendors, offering a chance to take home a piece of our local culture.
Dress Code: To mark the occasion, all attendees will receive a commemorative t-shirt. Guests from our affiliates will receive their t-shirts upon arrival at their respective hotels, while HQ colleagues can collect theirs in advance at our headquarters. We encourage everyone to wear their t-shirt for the Pharmacosmos festival to help mark this unique occasion as part of our shared celebration.

*Please note that the number of factory tours we can conduct is limited, so priority will be given to attendees from our affiliates who have not previously visited or attended a factory tour.

Canal tour and your transfer to the dinner & party – Thursday, late afternoon
The Copenhagen canal tour boats will pick you up nearby your hotel and take you for a tour on the canals of Copenhagen. This is an excellent way to explore some of the historic and famous parts of Copenhagen including a short photo stop by the Little Mermaid.
Our destination is the Royal Copenhagen Opera House, where we will celebrate with fine dining and a big party.
Duration: 90 minutes / Snacks and beverages will be served during the sailing.
Dress code: Before the canal tour, please change into your evening attire for the dinner and celebration at the Opera House. The tour will take you directly to the venue, so be dressed for the occasion. We recommend wearing practical shoes and bringing a jacket for the sailing. You can change into your evening shoes/dancing shoes upon arrival and store your jacket and extra items in the Opera House cloakroom.
About: All the Must-See Sights. On this boat tour, you will discover the best of Copenhagen! You’ll experience all the famous sights and iconic landmarks, including the famous Little Mermaid, the majestic Amalienborg Castle – home of the royal family, and the beautiful Opera. Take in the beauty and history of the city as we sail through the historic harbor and narrow canals. We generally sail in open boats. In the event of rain boats will be covered.
Dinner and party at The Royal Copenhagen Opera House – Thursday evening
Join us for an unforgettable night in the foyers of the iconic Royal Danish Opera House, where we’ll come together to celebrate 60 incredible years of achievements, collaboration, and shared success. Prepare for an evening of elegance and excitement, featuring fine dining, exquisite cocktails, and live music from an incredible band that will keep the atmosphere vibrant and lively.
Dress Code:
We warmly invite you to dress in a way that feels both elegant and celebratory for the dinner and party at the Opera House. Whether that means a cocktail dress, evening gown, formal suit, tuxedo, a stylish summer dress, or an open-collar shirt - it’s all equally welcome. What matters most is that you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to enjoy a joyful evening.

The Royal Danish Opera House is an architectural masterpiece, designed by renowned architect Henning Larsen and completed in 2004. Its striking modern design features a dramatic cantilevered roof that seems to float over the building, offering breathtaking views of Copenhagen’s waterfront. Inside, the opera house's interior blends oak, marble, and glass beautifully, balancing elegance and functionality while enhancing its world-class acoustics.
Dinner and fun in the Tivoli Gardens (Affiliates ONLY), Wednesday late afternoon and evening
Wednesday afternoon and evening, Pharmacosmos welcomes our affiliate employees to the Tivoli Gardens for dinner and enjoying the amusements in the gardens. Entrance ticket is included for all affiliates, and you have the option to get a free ride pass for trying out all the attractions. Make sure to request the ride pass in your online registration.
19:00 – 21:00 Dinner is served in these locations within the Tivoli Gardens:

In all restaurants it will be a set 2-course menu including 2 beverages for each guest. Dietary requests informed in the online registration will me met in best possible way. A voucher will be provided for enjoying a drink or an ice cream in the Gardens afterwards.
Important: Please remember to pick up your entrance ticket, free ride pass and voucher at the Pharmacosmos help desk at your hotel.
Dress Code: Casual and comfortable.
Smart casual or relaxed summer attire suitable for an outdoor afternoon and evening in Tivoli Gardens. We recommend layering to adjust for changing weather - light jackets, cardigans, or shawls. Comfortable shoes are ideal for strolling through the gardens, and don’t forget an umbrella or raincoat, just in case.
