PROGRAMME – Affiliate delegates
Affiliates will start Wednesday afternoon/evening with dinner and fun in the Tivoli Gardens. The next day, we all gather for the Pharmacosmos Festival at our headquarters before heading back to Copenhagen for a scenic Canal Tour and a grand evening of dinner and celebration at the Royal Copenhagen Opera House.

Wednesday, June 18th:
From 15.00	Check in at hotel Pharmacosmos Germany and Nordics (US and UK/IE are already here)
From 16.00	Check in at hotel - Pharmacosmos China Enjoy the Tivoli Gardens and its amusements with your colleagues. Entrance ticket is included and a free Ride Pass can be requested in the registration form.
19.00-21.00	Dinner in various restaurants in Tivoli Gardens. 2-course set menu incl. beverages UK/IE: Restaurant Brdr. Price (website) China: Restaurant Wagamama (website) Nordic and Germany: Restaurant Påfuglen (website) US: Restaurant Hereford Beefstouw (website)
22.00	Tivoli Garden closes

Thursday, June 19th – Celebration Day
08.30 – 09.30	Bus transfer to Pharmacosmos – you will be picked up at your hotel
09.30 – 13.30	Pharmacosmos festival at Pharmacosmos
13.30 – 14.30	Bus will take you back to your hotel
14.30 – 16.45	Time on your own
17.00 – 19.00	Canal Tour and drop off at the Royal Copenhagen Opera House
19:00 – 01.00	Dinner and party at the Opera

Friday, June 20th:
10.00 – 12.00	Optional sightseeing - Various guided walks of Copenhagen (find more information on the tours here and select your tour in the registration)
Before 12.00	Check out of your hotel (excl. Pharmacosmos China)

PROGRAMME – Headquarter delegates
Headquarter employees will start the day at Pharmacosmos with a breakfast gathering before welcoming our affiliate colleagues to the Pharmacosmos Festival, where we will celebrate together. After the festival, we will travel as a group to Copenhagen and check into our designated hotels for the night. Late afternoon, we will embark on a scenic boat tour through the canals of Copenhagen, culminating in the grand celebration dinner and party at the prestigious Royal Opera House.

Headquarter employees will be distributed across all the hotels. Your hotel assignment will be communicated after the registration deadline, and you will be accommodated together with your Pharmacosmos work team.

Thursday, June 19th – Celebration Day
08.30 – 09.00	Breakfast for head quarter delegates at Pharmacosmos
09.00 – 09.30	Welcome our affiliate colleagues
09.30 – 13.30	Pharmacosmos Festival & Factory Tours at Pharmacosmos
13.30 – 14.30	Transfer by bus or own car from Pharmacosmos to our hotels in Copenhagen
15.00 – 16.30	Check in to your hotel and time on your own
17.00 – 19.00	Canal Tour and arrival to the Royal Copenhagen Opera House
19.00 – 01.00	Dinner and party at the Opera House Transfer by bus back to your hotel

Friday, June 20th
