Airport transfers

We will make sure that everyone flying in and out of Copenhagen Airport, will be picked up and brought to your hotel upon arrival and back to the airport on departure day according to your flight schedule.

- UK/IE: pick up at airport on Tuesday / transfer to airport on Friday
- US: pick up at airport on Sunday / transfer to airport on Friday
- China: pick up at airport on Wednesday / transfer to airport on Saturday
- Nordics: pick up at airport on Wednesday / transfer to airport on Friday
- Germany: arrival by own bus / transfer to airport on Friday

Note: if you have private arrangements before or after the celebration and have a flight arrival/departure different from the above schedule, the transfer is your own responsibility.

Thursday 19th – Celebration day

Affiliate employees
On the day for the Pharmacosmos Festival you will be picked up from your hotel in due time to reach all the fun and games taking place at the Pharmacosmos grounds in Holbaek. Transfer time is approximately 45 minutes. After the Festival we will make sure to bring you safely to your hotel for you to have a few hours on your own before the Canal Tour and party in the Royal Copenhagen Opera House

Head Quarter employees
On the day of the celebration, all headquarter employees should all meet at Pharmacosmos at 8:30. Since we are turning the Pharmacosmos ground into a festival site with fun, games, food trucks, music and entertainment parking is not possible at Pharmacosmos. We will arrange parking outside Pharmacosmos and provide shuttles to/from the parking areas. Kindly inform in the registration form if you are coming by car to Pharmacosmos and if you will use our bus transfer to/from Copenhagen.

For transfer from Pharmacosmos and to/from your hotel in Copenhagen, you have two options:

1) We encourage all of you to take the shared bus transfer arranged by Pharmacosmos
2) If the bus transfer is not suitable due to where you live, it is also possible to go by your own car (or carpool with a colleague). Note, that costs for parking at the hotel will be reimbursed (you need to document with a receipt), but mileage will not be reimbursed. 

We will ask for your decision in the registration form.

Canal Tour pick up points and schedule
Specific pick up points and times for each hotel will be published here in due course.

Friday, June 20th

After a nice breakfast at your hotel, check out of hotel and maybe one of the optional sightseeing tours it is time to say goodbye and go back home either by flight, your own car, or our bus transfers.

Affiliate employees
International guests departing Friday will be picked up from their hotel and go by bus to the airport. Transfer schedule according to flight departures will be shared after registration deadline.

Head Quarter employees
A bus transfer will take HQ delegates back to Holbaek. Pick up from all hotels.

Saturday, June 21st

China delegates will be picked up from hotel in due time to catch their flight.
