ACCOMMODATION

Special rates are negotiated at the Don Giovanni Hotel for the nights from 14th to 17th May 2025.

Hotel reservations will be accepted on a first come first served basis. After the 1st April 2025, the hotel no longer guarantees the availability of rooms at the EMSP special negotiated rate. The official check-in time in 15.00 hrs and the check-out time is 11.00 hrs. 

Cancellation must be communicated in writing to the EMSP Organising Secretariat. There will be no refund for no-shows.

HOW TO REACH THE DON GIOVANNI HOTEL?

The Don Giovanni Hotel is conveniently located in Prague and is easily accessible by various modes of transportation. Here’s how you can reach the hotel:

  1. By Public Transport:

    • Metro: Take the A (Green) Line and get off at Želivského station. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the station.
    • Tram: Tram lines 5, 10, and 26 stop near the hotel at Želivského.

  2. By Car:

    • Use the address Vinohradská 157a, Prague 3 for GPS navigation. The hotel offers on-site parking for guests (subject to availability and fees).

  3. From the Airport:

    • Take the Airport Express Bus (AE) to the main train station (Hlavní nádraží), then transfer to the A (Green) Metro Line towards Depo Hostivař and alight at Želivského.
    • Alternatively, you can book a taxi or use ride-hailing services. The journey from Václav Havel Airport Prague takes approximately 30-40 minutes.

  4. From the Train Station:

    • If arriving at Hlavní nádraží, take the A (Green) Metro Line towards Depo Hostivař and get off at Želivského.
