CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing via email to emsp@downtowneurope.be
- Cancellation before 15 April 2025 – 50% of the registration fee will be forfeited
- Cancellation after 15 April 2025 – 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited
Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.
