CATEGORIES DESCRIPTION
 

EMSP Members

EMSP Member tickets are exclusively for EMSP members staff of members organisations and their representatives.

The registration fee for EMSP member includes conference participation; lunch/coffee breaks on the conference days; and gala dinner participation. If you’re unsure whether your organisation qualifies, please contact us with the name of your organisation and details of your involvement.

EMSP Non-Members

EMSP Non Member tickets are available for all participants who are not members of an EMSP organisation.

The registration fee for EMSP non member includes conference participation; lunch/coffee breaks on the conference days. You are invited to join the Gala dinner participation at an additional cost.

Czech Republic Residents

Czech Republic residents' tickets are for Unie ROSKA members, individual people with MS and their caregivers residing in Czech Republic.

The registration fee for Czech Republic residents' includes conference participation; lunch/coffee breaks on the conference days. Participation to the Gala Dinner is available at extra cost.

Partner Organisation

Partner Organisations pricing category is designed for individuals or teams affiliated with organisations that have a formal collaboration or sponsorship agreement with our conference. These include: Academic institutions, or nonprofits that actively mutually collaborates with EMSP activities, or contribute as Promotional partner.

The registration fee for partner organisation includes conference participation; lunch/coffee breaks on the conference days. You are invited to join the Gala dinner participation at an additional cost.

Corporate (Non-Sponsor)

The Corporate (non sponsor) ticket is available for non sponsoring private companies.

The registration fee for Corporates includes conference participation; lunch/coffee breaks on the conference days.

 

 

 

 
 

 

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing via email to emsp@downtowneurope.be

  • Cancellation before 15 April 2025 – 50% of the registration fee will be forfeited
  • Cancellation after 15 April 2025 – 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited

Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.
