The increasing competitive multipolarity and geopolitical complexity of today's fast-changing strategic and security environment present new challenges and opportunities for defence organisations.

New, dual-use technological advancements, including artificial intelligence, quantum, autonomous systems and enhanced cybersecurity tools, are shaping the future of warfare and redefining traditional military strategies and capabilities. These innovations fundamentally transform military operations and enhance both offensive and defensive capabilities.

To effectively leverage these technologies and achieve the full realisation of Multi-Domain Operations (MDO), it is crucial to foster stronger collaboration between industry, governments and academia. This triad can drive innovation, accelerate the development of cutting-edge solutions and ensure effective deployment. Furthermore, the transatlantic link between NATO and the European Union has become more critical than ever in coordinating efforts to address common security challenges, share technological advancements and promote interoperability among allied forces.

However, these innovations also introduce significant risks that combine conventional and unconventional tactics to exploit vulnerabilities. The growing threat to critical infrastructure, for instance, has become a focal point of security concerns, with Space becoming an increasingly strategic domain.

In an era of hybrid threats, cyber warfare and disruptive technological innovations, TechNet International brings together global experts to tackle the challenges of digital security. We will explore advanced strategies and technological solutions to address new and evolving challenges, strengthen resilience, and foster international cooperation across military, governmental and private sectors.
