AFCEA B2B and B2G SPEED DATING WORKSHOPS

Registration for Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) Speed Dating is now open.

AFCEA Europe is organising the 11th edition of the Business-to-Business Speed Dating Workshops during TechNet Transatlantic 2025, on 2 (the pre-event day) through 4 December 2025.

New this year: We are also organising Business-to-Government (B2G) speed dating sessions.

Be sure to arrive on 1 December in order to be able to take part in the meetings on 2 December. 

AFCEA Europe will provide industry participants with the chance to meet with other industry participants during pre-arranged bilateral meetings, in the most comfortable atmosphere of dedicated meeting rooms at the conference venue.

Mr. Petr Jirasek, AFCEA Regional Vice President – Central Eastern Europe Region, will provide organisational support, mainly to address all the sponsors, exhibitors and registered conference participants before the event, to collect the necessary company information for those wishing to participate in the B2B/B2G meetings. 

After the previous B2B events in Prague, Rome, Lisbon, Bucharest, Madrid, Tallinn, Ottawa and Berlin, this will be another great opportunity for Small-and-Medium-size Enterprises (SME) as well as large corporations to meet potential partners and to find new business opportunities. So far, we had 253 companies from 26 different countries that held more than 1,340 bilateral meetings that resulted in more than 250 business opportunities. 

B2B participation will be free of charge for TNT 2025 sponsors, exhibitors and registered conference participants (up to three representatives per company).

Participation eligibility:

  • TNT 2025 sponsors/exhibitors and registered conference participants.
  • Company profile (PDF/PPT/PPTX) sent no later than 25 November 2025
  • Short information on (a) meeting requests – before and during the event, (b) offered and (c) expected business opportunities – no later than 25 November 2025
  • Agreement that all the information requested above will be published before and during TNT 2025 on the website and made available to other B2B participants.
  • Availability of company representative(s) (provide the contact person’s name, email, working mobile phone number during TNT 2025) to meet other participants on request, to be announced 4 hours before the requested meeting.

Deadlines:

  • Registration deadline: 25 November 2025
  • Company profile/information submission: 25 November 2025
  • Meeting pre-arrangement requests: 25 November 2025
  • Pre-final agenda will be published on: 30 November 2025
  • Final agenda will be published on: 1 December 2025

B2B/B2G arrangements:

  • B2B/B2G meeting rooms will be open on set-up (2 December) and 2 days of the conference (3 - 4 December).
    • (a) 2 December: 9:00 - 18:00

    • (b) 3 December: Timings to be announced (no meetings during Key notes)

    • (c) 4 December: Timings to be annouced (no meetings during Key notes)

  • The rooms will be available for pre-arranged meetings between two companies or a company and military organisation.
  • Each meeting will be organised as a private session and may last no longer than 15 minutes.
