CONTINUING EDUCATION
Many AFCEA event sessions and courses are approved for CompTIA continuing education units (CEUs), GIAC continuing professional education (CPEs) and/or CertNexus continuing education credits (CECs).

Our Continuing Education (CE) program is designed to support certifications related to U.S. Federal Government requirements. Several TechNet Transatlantic 2025 sessions will be reviewed by CompTIA, GIAC and/or CertNexus for continuing education. Approval information for each session will be posted here as soon as it becomes available.

Attendees can prepare attendance documentation by using tips at https://www.afcea.org/afcea-education/continuing-education in FAQ #4.

Approved Sessions
The following TechNet Transatlantic 2025 sessions have already received approval for continuing education credits from CompTIA, GIAC, and/or CertNexus:

  • Cyber Resilience and Protection of Critical Infrastructure
  • Gladiators of the Sky and the Digital Domain: The Evolution of Drones and Why You Should Care - Dominating the Drone Domain: Integrated Counter-sUAS Solutions for Allied Force Protection
  • How is the signal community in USAREUR AF positioned to support the Eastern Flank Deterrence Line?

We are confident that all remaining sessions will soon be approved for continuing education by CompTIA, GIAC, and CertNexus.

DIRECTIONS/PUBLIC TRANSPORT TO THE KAP EUROPA

Directions to the venue: Google maps

Directions from Frankfurt Central Station:

Frankfurt Central Station is only a few hundred metres away from Messe Frankfurt. The underground station there provides fast direct access with the suburban trains (S-Bahn) and underground trains (U-Bahn). In addition, you can switch to a tram or taxi once you arrive at the Central Station. If you prefer to walk, this should take around 10 minutes.

Directions from Frankfurt Airport

From the airport, you can take the S-Bahn suburban train lines S8 or S9 (in the direction of Hanau or Offenbach Ost) to Frankfurt Central Station ("Hauptbahnhof"). Suburban train lines S3, S4, S5 and S6 will then take you directly to the trade fair grounds (station: “Frankfurt (Main) Messe”).

From the airport, it is a 15-minute journey by car or taxi to the exhibition grounds.
