Summit Overview 

The Department of Trade (DBT) will host an exclusive event at the iconic Science Museum during London Tech Week 2025, with the support of Minister for Investment and ex-Darktrace CEO, Poppy Gustafsson. The Summit will showcase leading UK technology companies and venture funds for an invitation-only investor audience, focused on attracting international investment into the UK’s venture ecosystem. 

The focus will be on facilitating capital flows into UK tech and venture by:  

• Connecting venture and corporate venture funds with DeepTech, CleanTech and Life Sciences companies 

• Connecting limited partners with investable UK venture funds 

• Conveying the quality and credibility of the UK’s tech and venture ecosystem to encourage international venture and corporate venture funds to set up in the UK
