AMR Innovation: Pioneering Health Together

The British Embassy Brussels is planning an event to bring together the UK and Belgian ecosystem in antimicrobial resistance (AMR). The goal of the event is to foster collaborations, knowledge exchange and explore financing possibilities between the two ecosystems including collaborations in Horizon Europe calls.

To set the scene on all the great work happening to tackle AMR challenges to-date, we will start the day by exploring the new innovations in diagnostics and therapeutics. To finish off the conversation, we will explore the future fight against AMR. This includes the impact of climate change and acknowledging its effects on Low and Middle Income Countries and how the technologies and innovations discussed in the first half can be made more accessible globally.
