AGM Voting

Shareholders who are not attending the AGM on 23rd April 2025 can ensure their votes on AGM resolutions are counted by appointing a proxy – someone who can attend, speak and vote at the AGM on their behalf. 

Details on how to submit votes via proxy by post or online can be found in the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy issued to shareholders on 19th March 2025. The Notice of AGM can also be accessed here.

Shareholders who wish to vote via proxy must do so by no later than 10am on Thursday 17th April 2025. 

Votes can be submitted via proxy online at www.investorcentre.co.uk/eproxy.

NatWest employee shareholders

Employee shareholders can submit their votes via the EquatePlus portal.  Employees who are using the NatWest network can access EquatePlus here, or alternatively visit www.equateplus.com, using their User ID.  Employees can also vote via the EquatePlus app.

The deadline for submitting votes will be shown on EquatePlus.
