We’ll kick things off with a high-energy Welcome Reception at The Rec Room Granville — three floors of food, fun, and connection! From mini-putt and arcade games to live music and great eats, this is your chance to build your own adventure and dive into the summit with your people.

Wed. Sept. 17
Grouse Mountain - Inspired by nature, built on connection

Journey to new heights at Grouse Mountain, where land, sea, and sky converge for a breathtaking reception. With panoramic views, incredible local cuisine, live entertainment, and even a visit with Grouse’s resident grizzly bears, it’s a West Coast experience you’ll never forget.

Transportation will be arranged - shuttles will begin departing promptly at 5:30 p.m.

Awards dinner - Celebrating success

We’ll close the summit in true style with our Awards Night in the heart of an Enchanted Forest. Surrounded by natural beauty and elegant woodland décor, we’ll celebrate the achievements that make our community shine with fine dining, heartfelt recognition, in the most magical atmosphere.

Dress code: cocktail attire

Buses will depart from the bus stop on Melville Street which is located at the side door of the hotel. You will proceed down the escalators and depart the hotel through the revolving doors.
