Registration Instructions

Register with steps below:

• Step 2: Register online by using the Register button to confirm attendance.
• Step 3: Wait for your confirmation email which you’ll receive shortly after you’ve registered.

Register by August 25, 2025

As required by CLHIA guidelines, attendees must cover their own transportation and accommodation expenses. All costs associated with Quadrus the programs sponsored professional development and networking activities during the event will be covered. Please note, that in order to adhere to the capacity limits that have been put in place to help maintain the health and safety of attendees, the eligible expenses listed below are extended to advisor attendees and are not offered to any guests or spouses travelling with them (excluding the companion program).

Eligible expenses
We’ll cover: 

• A robust business agenda filled with engaging CE accredited courses.
• Informative keynote speaker.
• All food and beverages at Quadrus/IPC/Canada Life sponsored events.

Personal expenses
You’ll cover:

• Hotel accommodation will be booked directly on the online reservation site and attendees are required to pay for their accommodation upon arrival.
• Arranging and paying for transportation to and from Vancouver, BC
• Securing ground transportation to advisor’s home airport and between the Vancouver International Airport and the hotel.

Dress code
Dress for the conference is business casual.

Photos and video
Attending this event constitutes your consent to be photographed, videotaped or recorded at the event. The resulting sound and images may be used or published in Canada Life internal or external promotional or marketing materials, in print or electronic form.
