Monday 16 June 2025 

10:00 - 11:30 | Venture Capital: UK SME Reception – invite only 

  • Location: British Consul General's Residence

12:00 - 12:30 | UK Pavilion Opening 

  • Location: UK Pavilion, Hall A, Stand 765
  • To mark the UK's large presence at BIO 2025 and officially open the UK pavilion, co-exhibitors will be joined by senior representatives of the MHRA, NIHR, Cell & Gene Therapy Catapult, Medicine Discovery Catapult, UKRI-SFTC and UKHSA, as well as key partners of UK Government to network over coffee and tea ahead of partnering opening at 1pm.

Tuesday 17 June 2025 

15:00 - 16:00 | Global Biotechnology at a Crossroads: A High-level Dialogue on Innovation and Changing Trade Dynamics

  • Location: Room 253ABC, Boston Convention and Exhibition Center
  • UK Minister of Science, Research and Innovation Lord Patrick Vallance will join senior government officials from leading biotech nations to share national perspectives on fostering innovation while adapting to a repidly changing global environment. 

16:30 - 16:45 | Global Innovation Hub Presentation – open to all attendees

  • Location: Room 152, Boston Convention and Exhibition Center
  • Raffaella Harvey, DBT Deputy Head Biopharmaceuticals, together with the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry, will speak about the UK's world class R&D, why its a great place for business and talent and the Government's commitment to driving health innovation for all.
