Exhibition space for IAT Congress is sold by the square metre. The minimum space available is 4 sq.m. (2m x 2m).

You are able to order power, chairs, tables and other items on the registration form and from an exhibitors store developed for this event by the venue.
All exhibiting staff must book one of the attendance packages. Please see our Attendance Packages page on this website for the options available to you.
In addition, attendance on Monday 23rd March is available for representatives and contractors to construct your exhibtion stand.
Accommodation is NOT included in any registration packages.
Details of recommended hotels and travel options will be available here when you have registered.
We will be publishing a handbook in which you are able to advertise. This handbook will be available to all delegates and, after the event, all IAT Members.

We can offer you a range of sponsorship items from pens through to Gala Dinner wine.
Your logo and links to your company website will appear in the Congress Handbook, on this website and on the Congress App.
There is also the option to sponsor a banner advert on the Congress App.

To encourage delegates to interact with you during Congress, we are running a Trade Competition.
For a small fee, to support a delegate prize, you can submit a question about your company or one of your products that delegates can get the answer to by visiting your exhibition stand, reading your company profile or by visiting your website.
Encourage the managers of the future to visit your stand and discover your products and services.

We will be hosting our very popular flash trade presentation session on Tuesday 24th March.
Our Flash Trade concept is one slide in one minute per company and is an ideal opportunity to let delegates know about your latest products and innovations and invite them to join you on your exhibition stand.
