How to Register for Congress 2026

We would like to provide some guidance on how you can register to attend Congress 2026 using our Stova registration system. Please take a moment to read through these details and instructions to ensure a smooth process.

Please take a moment to review the details on this website before continuing to the Registration booking form.

From this website and from email invitations you will be able to open the registration and booking form.

Step 1 - Registration Form

Click below to open the registration form. Click New Registration to start.

Step 2 - Email & Category

The first step is to enter your email address and the category of attendee you would like. Your email may already be prepopulated if you used the link in the invitation email.

Your email address is unique to your booking and cannot be used more than once. You can add additional attendees with unique email addresses prior to submission.

The attendee category you select will determine the options that are subsequently available to you.

When you have selected your attendee category please click continue.

Step 2a - Membership Status

If you have selected the Delegate, Poster Display or Exhibitor categories in Step 1 you will be asked to select if you are an IAT member or a non-member.

Workshop presenters and Speakers categories will bypass this step and proceed to Step 2b.

IAT Members may obtain their membership numbers from MySociety

Step 2b - Programme Contibutors

If you have selected the Programme Contributor category in Step 2 you will be asked to select if you are a Speaker, Workshop Presenter or Poster contributor.

Click Continue

Step 3 - Attendee Information

This step is common to all attendees and requires you to enter your personal information and contact details.

Your Delegate Badge will be printed at the venue on arrival and the information will be taken from the name fields on this page. Please ensure you enter these details as you wish them to be printed on the badge.

Depending on the membership status seleted in Step 2a, you will be asked to enter your membership number.

You will be able to add any dietary requirements and finally select if this is your first time attending IAT Congress.

Click Continue

Step 4 - Company Information

The Company name and Job Title information will be printed on your Delegate Badge. Please ensure you enter these details as you wish them to be printed on the badge.

If registering as an Exhibitor, the company information will be used in the Congress Handbook against your Exhibitor Profile.

Step 5a - Options

All attendees will be able to select the attendance package they require either the full three day package or individual days. To find out what is included in each package, click on [More Info]

Please remember accommodation is NOT included in any packages.

If you wish to attend the Gala Dinner on Thursday night, please select this ticketed option.

Exhibitors will be able to select the stand sizes, power requirements, stand furniture,  company profile, flash trade and trade competition options at this step. There are also options for sponsorship of various items.

Step 6 - Additional Attendees

If you wish to register additional members of your team,you will have the option here. 

You will start the registration process again and can select different categories and options for each additional attendee.

Please note that additional attendees added here will show on the same invoice.

Step 7 - Payment

The final step requires you to check the details of the booking and to complete payment details.

You will have the opportunity to pay via Invoice or Credit Card.

Please complete the invoicing details and provide a Purchase Order number if you wish to pay by Invoice.

A copy of the invoice will be emailed to you together with your confirmation and we would appreciate prompt payment of that Invoice.

Ensure that you enter the correct INVOICE address for your organisation.

IMPORTANT
If you are not responsible for payment of the invoice please forward to the relevant person/team in your organisation. This is important to ensure prompt payment. We are unable to automatically send invoices to payment portals so please direct the invoice to those systems upon receipt.

Registration Complete

Once all the details are completed you can select "Make Payment".

Email confirmation will be sent to you and a second email will be sent with the invoice attached.

You will receive a Reference Number  which can be used to enter the Accommodation and Payment page and the Full Programme page of the Congress 2026 website.
