No, you are not allowed to register a guest in the registration process.
Your registration is bound to your name so that your ticket cannot be transferred to someone else.
No, there will be no costs for you. However, we would appreciate it, if you would inform us as soon as you know that you are not able to make it to the event so that we can assign the ticket to another guest.
Lufthansa Group guests can use the dedicated parking lot provided for the event.
We can not pay for your transportation.
No, there is no formal dresscode. We recommend to dress business casual.
During the event, attendees visit each booth and collect a unique stamp on their passport (badge). To participate in the raffle, attendees must collect stamps. Once they have visited all the booths, they must deposit their passport in the designated box as proof before leaving. By completing the survey before 23 October 2025 EOB, attendees has the option to join the raffle as a special recognition. Winners will be contacted by email before end of October 2025 and announced on eXperts.

Our event is committed to being sustainable. We encourage public transport . We use resources responsibly, incorporating in-house designs and location, and reused exisiting materials. We also prioritize local food products and reducing animal products.

Industry experts will also cover key topics including B2B servicing, New Distribution Capability (NDC), sustainability and the partnership between Brussels Airlines and Beobank. This is the chance to stay ahead of industry trends, collaborate, exchange ideas, and build valuable connections across the aviation and travel sector.
