Parking

There are several car parks within walking distance of the venue, with an onsite car park hosting 1250 parking spaces.

The venue has 20 cycle parking bays available for use free of charge as well as a cycle repair kit on Armouries Drive.

CPD award

Attendance at sessions can be recorded, and CPD awarded to individual registrants via email after the event.

Session recordings

With over 35 hours of CPD available each day at Congress we recognise it isn't always easy to see them all. This year we are offering access to recordings of lectures given on the day booked, available for 12 months post event. 

Access to Thursday session recordings for registered Thursday delegates only.

Access to Friday session recordings for registered Friday delegates only.

Sessions will not be live streamed.

Catering

Refreshments and lunches are included with your registration and provided in the ECC Congress exhibition. Please indicate dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Accommodation

Situated in the heart of Leeds, the Royal Armouries Museum and New Dock Hall are within walking distance of over 6,000 hotel bedrooms. On behalf of Vets Now, Conference Care has negotiated special hotel rates for visitors.

Accessibility

We are committed to providing an open and accessible experience, allowing everyone to enjoy the ECC Congress. There are a number of resources available aimed at helping delegates get the most out of the event.

• A cloakroom is available for delegates in the New Dock Hall foyer, opposite ECC Congress registration.
• Toilets are available on the first, second and fourth floors of the Museum and next to the ECC Congress registration in New Dock Hall.
• There are baby changing facilities on Floor 1 and Floor 2 of the Museum. Lifts will be available.
• We have a quiet space, the Aire Suite on the first floor of the Museum. This is for use by any delegate who needs to take a moment away from Congress during the day. Please ask a member of the event team for directions.
• Session recordings* are included with your delegate pass, if you do need to step out you won't miss a thing (*excludes workshops).
• The Congress app provides details of the full agenda including timings, locations, speakers and topics, please use it to plan and prepare your attendance.
• There are seven streams of lectures taking place across six locations, each with its own audio-visual set up. We are working with our AV supplier to ensure that Congress is a comfortable experience for all our delegates. Where feasible, rooms will have 'safe zones' with reduced lighting effects and headphone sets available. If you have a specific request for assistance, please contact us prior to the event to discuss.
• Please note the evening events will have lighting effects and there will be music and PA throughout.

Can I cancel my booking?

All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing Congress2025@vets-now.com or by post to: The Marketing Team, Penguin House, Castle Riggs, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8SG

Registrants will be charged the following fees upon receipt of notice to cancel:

• Within 14 days of booking – 25% of total charges
• More than 6 months prior to the event – 50% of total charges
• 6 – 3 months prior to the event – 75% of total charges
• Less than 3 months prior to the event – 100% of total charges

Cancellation charges are based on irrecoverable costs incurred by Vets Now.

Reserved places are transferable – please e-mail Congress2025@vets-now.com if you wish to transfer your place to a colleague.
