Abstracts

 

The abstract submission deadline is Friday 6th March 2026. Abstracts received after this deadline unfortunately cannot be considered.

It is important to comply with all requirements and to make sure that your abstract:

  1. Is written in standard English and reads well
  2. Does not exceed the 200 total words count in the main body of the submission (so not including name, title, location etc. Please adjust wordcount for tables and formulas)
  3. Contains the title of the abstract, authors’ surnames followed by initials, and indicates the place of work and full address
  4. Is submitted before Friday 6th March 2026


Each submitted abstract will be reviewed by independent expert reviewers. On the basis of the combined review ratings, abstracts will either be:

  1. Accepted for oral presentation
  2. Rejected

The outcome of the abstract review procedure will be sent to the corresponding authors no later than Friday 3rd April 2026.

Finally, all authors presenting an accepted abstract must register to attend the meeting.
