General Event FAQs

Is this event free to attend?

Yes, the event is completely free to attend and includes breakfast, a buffet lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

Do I need to register for the event?

Yes. You can register your attendance at RS Connect 2025 via the “register now” buttons on this website.

What is the dress code for the exhibition?

The dress code for the exhibition is business casual.

Will name badges/passes be issued?

Yes. Upon arrival at the Coventry Building Society Arena, please make your way to the event registration desk where you can print your badge via the kiosks.

Will there be networking opportunities?

Yes. There are scheduled refreshment and lunch breaks during the event where you can network.

Will there be Wi-Fi available at the venue?

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available to all attendees, and information on how to join the network will be provided in joining instructions emails, in the event app and on the registration desk.

Will there be food and drink available during the event?

Yes. Refreshment breaks and lunch are available.

Can I leave and re-enter the venue during the day?

We recommend staying at the event for the full day to maximise your experience, however you can leave and re-enter.

Will there be an event app?

Yes. Details on how to download the app will be shared approximately two weeks prior to the event. The app will contain all event information, including floorplans, agenda, exhibitor information, FAQs, event team help desk and more.

Is parking available?

Yes. There is free parking available to all delegates in car park 1.

Are there facilities for disabled access?

Yes. There is step-free access throughout the building, accessible toilets, and designated parking for blue badge holders. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please inform us on the registration form.
