Q. Who is eligible to join this event?

A. This event is open to those who are still serving in the Armed Forces, Veterans, Reservists and Military Spouses/Partners.

Q. What is the nearest train station to the sites?

A. The nearest train station is Manchester Piccadilly. On arrival into Manchester, the Barclays 4 Piccadilly Place office is a 0.2 mi walk and should take approx. 3 mins. This is where the first session of the day will take place. All of the offices you will be attending throughout the day are within 0.8 mi of Manchester Piccadilly train station. 

Q. Will there be parking available at this event?

A. No, there is no allocated parking on sites. However, there are a number of car parks available in around Manchester City Centre. 

Q. What will the Dress Code be on the day?

A. Smart casual. There is no requirement to wear a formal suit and tie. 

Q. Will refreshments be provided?

A. Yes, breakfast and lunch will be provided. There will also be refreshments available throughout the day and networking drinks provided. 

Q. Can I attend the evening networking session only?

A. Yes, if you can only attend the evening networking session, please register and then email us at: mvoteam@barclays.com to let us know you will be attending the evening session only. 

Q. I’m unable to attend this event, but I would like to attend future events.

A. The Military Talent Scheme webinars run all year round. To find out when the next one is scheduled please email mvoteam@barclays.com. Please register with our Military Talent Pool so we can let you know when further events are planned.
