This 2.5 hr online seminar reviews all the evidence, theory and key concepts related to implementing the 10 x 1 low volume HIIT model in clinical practice. The session includes taught content and interactive discussion and tasks.

This seminar can be attended as a standalone session for those that would like more background and theoretical knowledge regarding HIIT.
